In-House / Remote Future Agent

Responsibilities

As a Future Agent your job will consist of being the first point of contact with our clients, responsible for setting the overall tone of the process, pre-qualifying the client, and transferring them to a licensed agent. You must maintain a professional, unassuming manner in order to properly warm the client up to be transferred to a senior agent.

The Pay

Our Future Agents start at $12.50/hr base pay with plenty of overtime, and expansive performance-based bonuses and spiffs to double and triple your pay. You will have the opportunity to go through our Future Agent University program and will have the ability to grow into a senior agent within 6 months’ time.

Our Senior Agents are making $1,500-$4,000 weekly and those agents are not the outliers. The outliers are currently making $5,000-$6,000+ a week. This is where you will be once you make it through our process.

• Organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
  • There are many different sources for our leads that must be handled in a unique and specific way. You will have to identify the lead and follow the appropriate script.
• Strong verbal communication skills and sales ability 
  • You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction very well. This is a fast-paced sales position.
• Self Starter (Highly motivated in your own success)
  • We provide you with the tools, but it is ultimately up to you to use them.
• Strong E-communication skills 
  • We foster a high energy sales discussion board where everyone must participate throughout the day as well as daily company-wide meetings on Zoom.
• Strong mindset 
  • Our training process is challenging and rewarding. You will go through 300-600 outbound (high quality) leads daily. You must maintain a positive outlook and maintain professionalism throughout the day.
• Willing to work the schedule 
  • We work a lot and we work hard. You must also attend daily meetings at 8:45 am before we start at 9 am EST. The shifts are from 9 AM-7 PM Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM Friday and 11 AM-4 PM on select Saturdays
• Fast Internet / Good computer / Headset / Smartphone or webcam for meetings
