Licensed Agent Health Insurance Sales – Remote

***You must have fast internet, a good computer, a great headset, and a webcam/smartphone to partake in daily company meetings. Specifics are found below.
- Hardware/Internet Requirements – 25 mbps or better internet speed, 4GB Ram (8GB+ recommended), 2GHz CPU/processor (3.2GHz recommended)
- If your computer was under $400 when new it is likely not sufficient.

The Leads
We know first hand how much of a difference the quality of leads make in a sales organization. A great salesperson without quality leads is like a great musician without an instrument to play. That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads. All day long you will be in contact with callers that are interested in talking about their health insurance options.
We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our in-house marketing organization. We spend, on average, over $10,000 per week per agent on leads and marketing. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (fronters/qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data, producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higher quality contacts elsewhere, that is guaranteed!

The Job
Position: Senior Agent (Work from home or in office located in Fort Lauderdale FL)
Responsibilities: As a Senior Agent your job will consist of making an effective sales presentation of available products that we offer. You will have to guide the consumer to make the right decision based on their needs and budget. You will have to explain the policies in a way the consumer can understand so they feel safe purchasing with us. Once the consumer agrees to the policy you have gone over together with them, you must then collect their information, fill out an e-application, and then transfer it over to verification for submission and approval.
You do not verify your own deals. We have a department that deals with verification, recordings, and submissions. Your job is solely to close deals.
If you determine that the consumer is not the right fit for our products then you must do a warm transfer to one of our partners in our lead distribution network.
You must always be courteous and maintain professionalism!
The Pay
Our Senior Agents (licensed) on average are making $1,500-$4,000 weekly. The combined average is $2500/wk. That is not a typo and those agents are not the outliers. The outliers can make $4,000-$6,000 in a single week.

- Organizational skills and multitasking capabilities – There are many different sources for our leads that must be handled in a unique and specific way.
- Strong verbal communication skills and sales ability – You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction very well. This is a fast-passed sales position.
- Highly motivated in your own success – We provide you will the tools, but it is ultimately up to you to use them.
- Strong E-communication skills – We foster a high energy sales discussion board where everyone must participate in throughout the day as well as daily company wide meetings on Zoom.
- Willing to work the schedule – This is the last chance to get in our doors at the ground level, we are still very much a tight knit company, and everyone must work the hours and schedule. We work a lot and we work hard. You must also attend daily meetings at 8:45am before we start at 9am EST.

9AM-7PM EST Monday-Thursday
9AM-5PM EST Friday
11AM-4PM EST on select Saturdays
***OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD – We have extreme seasonality during our OEP. This is the time of year when the entire country is looking for health insurance. It runs from Nov 1 – Dec 15 2020. We will be working from 9AM-9PM in 2 separate shifts. 9AM-7PM & 11AM-9PM (M-TH), 9AM-5PM (F), And possibly 11AM-4PM (S) on rotation.***
